✅ FACT: Carrots contain vitamin A and support the retina, but they won't correct myopia or reset your prescription. This myth originated from WWII British propaganda.

Reading in the dark permanently damages your eyes.
✅ FACT: Reading in dim light may cause temporary eye strain but does not cause permanent damage. Good lighting is still more comfortable.

Too much screen time causes permanent eye damage.
