7, 14 & 30-Day Habit Plans
Build a lasting eye-care habit with 7, 14 or 30-day plans, a daily checklist and saved progress.
A single session of eye exercises feels good, but the real benefit for comfort comes from regular habits: breaks from screens, blinking, distance gazing and relaxation, repeated day after day. These habit plans help you build that consistency. Choose a 7-day starter, a 14-day plan or a 30-day challenge.
Each day shows a short checklist, for example one of our routines such as the daily routine or quick reset, a few 20-20-20 breaks, time outdoors and an evening wind-down. The tasks vary slightly from day to day to keep things interesting, and the longer plans gradually add new exercises. You tick off each task when done, and your progress and streak are saved in your browser on this device, so no account is needed. Clearing browser data or switching devices will reset it.
Set realistic expectations: after one to four weeks, many people notice that their eyes feel less tired in the evening and that taking breaks has become automatic. The plans will not change your prescription or treat eye disease. Regular eye examinations remain part of good eye care, and the outdoor time on the checklist is especially valuable for children.
Frequently asked questions
Which plan should I start with?
If you are new to it, start with the 7-day plan. When it feels easy, move on to 14 or 30 days.
What happens if I miss a day?
Simply continue the next day. Your progress stays saved; consistency over weeks matters more than a perfect streak.
Is my progress stored online?
No. It is saved locally in your browser. Clearing site data, using private browsing or switching devices will reset it.
